alterations to freshen up a previous renovation for a professional couple on the cusp of their grown-up kids moving out. the brief was to open the house up to the garden, without changing the footprint or overall form. the clients love to cook and entertain, so the new kitchen island bench extends out into the living area to provide an extra area for casual dining and catching up with family & friends. some ‘before’ & ‘after’ renders below.
